All products listed on NdeKart are subject to stock availability:

• We make every effort to display accurate product colors, specifications, and images. However, actual colors may vary slightly based on monitor screens.
• In the event of a pricing error, NdeKart reserves the right to cancel or modify any order affected by the discrepancy.

3. Order Placement & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase details. We accept payment via Instant UPI QR (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders placed via UPI require a valid 12-digit UTR transaction reference for verification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999 across India. Standard orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on geographic location and courier services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
